Lübcke Marine was formed in 2005 and has established itself since then as a reliable partner for companies in the maritime and inland shipping sector. Since 2012, Regent Insurance Brokers (Europe) GmbH has been the majority shareholder of Lübcke Marine. The subsidiary of Imperial Logistics International B.V. & Co. KG acquired 51 percent of the shares from Dr. Schmidt & Erdsiek KG (S&E), Minden/Westfalen, which as co-partner still holds a 49 percent interest in Lübcke Marine.
To make it even more visible to clients that we are part of a powerful Group, we decided to rename the company to Regent Marine Assekuranzmakler GmbH, Bremen. As Regent Marine we still are and remain the specialists for maritime risks and additionally, we can offer our clients the numerous other services of the Regent Group.
